Return & Exchange

At Asian Trends, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Overview

  • Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
  • If rejected, we will inform you with the reason.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
